WHAT ARE PRESETS?

Presets are instant, one click filters that you can apply to your photos.

They take the guesswork out of editing providing professional edit settings that can be applied to your photos to give your photos a beautiful, signature look!

No more trying to figure out the correct the colour and lighting settings on your own, our presets do it for you and will let edit your photos like a pro!

ARE YOUR PRESETS INSTANT DOWNLOAD?

Yes! All our preset collections are instant download :)

Once you have completed your purchase you will:

1. Be able to download your file from the final checkout page;

2. You will also receive an order confirmation email followed by an email with a link to download the presets (as a Zip file) This comes with a guide to help you install them.

WHICH MOBILE APP DO I NEED?

Presets are designed for the FREE Lightroom mobile app and the Lightroom desktop program. To download the free Lightroom mobile app, type in "Lightroom" in the app store. You may see a few different options. What you are looking for is "Adobe Lightroom Photo Editor", which is the FREE, official Lightroom mobile app. Check out our links at the top of the page – its labelled ‘Freebies). There’s links for apple and Android phones.

DO I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE?

Nope! The only things required to use our presets are a camera phone and the FREE Lightroom mobile app. It could not be simpler – or cheaper :)

HOW DO I CHOOSE WHICH PRESETS TO USE?

All your preset collections include more than 1 preset so we recommend that you try all of the presets that come in the collection. Each are slightly different but complement each other to maintain the same style.

I’M CHANGING PHONES SOON. WILL I NEED TO BUY THE PRESETS AGAIN?

No, you do not need to purchase again. You will still have access to your download page so you can download them to your new phone if needed :)

IS THIS A ONE TIME PAYMENT?

Definitely. All our preset collections are a one-time payment. There are no on-going fees or subscriptions required to use our presets in the FREE Lightroom mobile app.

I PURCHASED BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

No worries! Typically, this is the result of either the email going to your spam folder or the wrong email address being entered at the time of purchase. If you need help, such as changing the email address on your order, or you need the confirmation email resent, please reach out and we will be happy to help! :)

Please note, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with that account.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund once the files have been downloaded. That is standard policy in the digital industry.

However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria (e.g., duplicate order), and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion. Nothing herein grants an obligation by The Presets Company to issue a refund.
