Damaged Products

Contact Us: If your files are damaged in any way (possibly a file corrupted), please email us within 7 calendar days at admin@thepresetscoy.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We will Respond: We will respond within 3 business days. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Incompatible Products

Our preset files are guaranteed to work on the Lightroom Desktop and Mobile systems.

If the files do not work on your system please:

  • Update your app/software to ensure that you have the latest version
  • Ensure that you are using the desktop file on the desktop app, mobile file on the mobile etc.
